Another name for high blood pressure is hypertension. High Blood Pressure is a serious health problem. Which can result to serous health conditions. Such as heart attacks, stroke and kidney failure. Also, you can reduce the risk of heart failure by consuming lemon juice due to vitamin C content. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps neutralize the harmful effects of free radicals. Drink a cup of hot water with the juice from half a lemon added to it every morning on an empty stomach. For best results, do not add salt or sugar.
