Who have access to my health information?
Docotal takes security and privacy very seriously. Only the Doctors completing your consultation can access your medical and health information. This includes past visits and enhances communication and diagnosis.
Can the online doctor provide medical clearance to return to work?
No. The online consultant cannot provide medical clearance to return to work or school. This requires a visit to a physical doctor.
Can the online physician prescribe drugs or medications?
The online consultant is unable to prescribe controlled drugs. This requires a visit to a physical doctor. The online consultant can give advice on medications when appropriate.
What happens if I forget my password on the app?
